Welcome to your meditation. I invite you to take a comfortable seated position. And find a way to reconnect to your breath. By simply paying attention to your inhale and your exhale. Breathing in and breathing out. Take a deep breath in into your belly center, through your nose. And let go and exhale for the mouth. And with every breath that you take, you pay attention to a longer exhale. just extend your exhale, empty your body completely. And let yourself drop fully. Let go of everything that is not serving you in this moment. Like a warm shower, would wash away everything that is not needed anymore. All the worries about what’s going to happen in the future. All the old stories of the past that be gently washed away. When you connect to your breath, it is like an anchor to the present moment. The present moment is this moment where you create your life from the present moment is the moment that becomes the path. And the present moment is the moment where you create your future from often times we we forget that we can come back to this moment, every time. Sometimes, we’re stuck in the past are caught up in the future. By allowing yourself to just watch your breath you are entering the present moment again. Imagine that you are now sitting on the ground of this earth. underneath you you have a beautiful flower bed and you see all the plants around you all the trees that are growing from this earth, up to the sky.

And underneath this ground. All these roots of all these plans are going deep into the earth and as the plans so do you have roots underneath you by simply imagining these roots that are growing no deeper and deeper into this earth until they reach the core of this planet. And these roots are anchoring you in this moment. They’re helping you to stay connected. They support you hold you give you a sense of safety, you can drop every worry and give it back to the earth and the earth will take care of it.

Now, I invite you to imagine that you look up to the sky, where you can see that the sky is opening up. And you see a beautiful blue sky, the sky is bright and clear. And sometimes there is a cloud coming in. And the wind is moving that cloud so that it will pass your view. And these clouds are like your thoughts. Whenever there is a thought coming in, just imagine that it is a cloud that is slowly carried away by the wind. Some clouds or more dark, Lord more dense and others are almost invisible. Like dust. You enjoy looking at the sky. As if you would watch a movie where one scene is following after another. The sky is changing constantly. And so are you. And from this very moment, you can watch it. And I invite you now to feel the sun on your skin. Feel how it warms you feel it in your very core in your center of your body. Right underneath your rib cage. As if you would have an inner sun within your body.

And this Sun is warming you up. It is lightening your up. Turn your attention into this area underneath your rib cage and ask yourself the question what do I need right now? What do I need right now? And whatever it comes up, if it’s a thought or a feeling, an emotion any word any sensation that pops up? Right. It is totally okay. And this answer whatever it was. Take it with you into this day. Whenever you don’t know what to do next, just allow yourself to come back to this moment where you’re sitting on the ground, watching the sky feeling the sun within yourself. And you ask yourself the question what do I need right now? And your ask yourself the question what do I need right now? If there’s no answer, the answer might be that you need silence for a moment. Now, I invite you to come back to the room that you’re in. By sensing your body. Start moving your fingers, your toes and Take another deep breath and welcome yourself back.

Whenever you don't know what to do next, just allow yourself to come back to this moment where you're sitting on the ground, watching the sky feeling the sun within yourself.
